I think the wave should be illegal.
April 18th, 2010 at 3:30 pm
There are no words for Jurrjens performance right there. Dialed it up to 94 and 95 miles per hour to get the second, pivotal out.
April 18th, 2010 at 3:33 pm
And then walked! Come on Matt! You can do it!
April 18th, 2010 at 3:34 pm
Jim Tracy takes the slow-rollin’ LHP out before Diaz can grab the cycle. When’s the last time Bobby Cox made a preemptive move like that?
April 18th, 2010 at 3:44 pm
You mean like pulling JJ before facing that guy?
April 18th, 2010 at 3:47 pm
Well, no reason to do that. Although it wouldn’t be unreaonable to note that he bore down with the highest MPH of the night after struggling early in the inning. Might exhaust him.
We should simply have more runs today. Awful, awful, awful. If we don’t score for him in the bottom, I’m gonna shut this game off and do something else. These Rockies pitchers are terrible and we’re just crapping the bed.
April 18th, 2010 at 3:49 pm
Um…gross. I didn’t know we were so uncivilized.
April 18th, 2010 at 3:50 pm
Well, sorry about that. I owed the board for all the snot talk last year.
April 18th, 2010 at 3:59 pm
That was impressive by Chipper, tagging & grabbing second. Love the life. At least they’re showing they really want it.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:00 pm
Or not. This freaking game.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:01 pm
That hurt. Don’t even get the blowing snot talk back up. Terrible habit.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:02 pm
YEs man! Come on buddy!
April 18th, 2010 at 4:04 pm
Don’t you dare leave Mr. Dylan. Not allowed.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:04 pm
No win for Jurrjens. If this offense were a teddy bear I would punch it right in the face.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:04 pm
I’m not leaving, but only because Chipper showed how desperate they are to do something. Even if it didn’t work out.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:06 pm
What if it were a kitten or a puppy?
April 18th, 2010 at 4:07 pm
Wait… Jurrjens still in? Hmmm. Don’t know if I like it, but… part of me is so desperate to see him get a win, maybe he’ll somehow get three quick…
homers.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:09 pm
Well, atleast the bullpen is super tired from all the innings they had to pitch last ni…oh wait.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:12 pm
Good job JJ.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:26 pm
*head explodes*
April 18th, 2010 at 4:27 pm
feels a lot like last year which SUX!
April 18th, 2010 at 4:29 pm
I know JJ pitched great during the last 2/3rds of the 8th but couldn’t EOF come in and pitched the 8th and the 9th? I know I know…we should have more runs.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:32 pm
This is quickly shaping up to be my 2nd least favorite game of the season. 9 BB, no runs scored from them. 11 men LOB. So terrible. So typical.
April 18th, 2010 at 4:33 pm
MARTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!
April 18th, 2010 at 4:34 pm
Puts ya in the mood for a podcast does it Curt?
