A pitcher’s duel so far. McCann got a double. Chipper and Escobar with a single each. Tommy looks good, missing high a little. Melky finally dropped below .100.
Oh, and Tommy picked somebody off first with a nice move he’s been working on.

I had a dinner meeting with a Phillies fan but I’m here now. I’m ready for a WIN!
April 14th, 2010 at 11:17 pm
I guess if you want to go to bed early, then this is a good game to watch. Then again, if you don’t want the Braves to SUCK, then . . . well . . . this isn’t that game.
Tommy looks good though. Can’t we just get one effing run?
Hope Glaus is okay . . . I think.

I have a baaaaaad feeling about this at bat with Gonzo.
Put my bad feeling away, Mr. Hanson.
April 14th, 2010 at 11:25 pm
Damn.
April 14th, 2010 at 11:26 pm
1-0 lead. Seems kind of insurmountable.
April 14th, 2010 at 11:28 pm
Maybe I wasn’t clear. I want to WIN, like when the other team loses. Time for our rally caps people!
April 14th, 2010 at 11:29 pm
Third time through the order against Clayton Richard coming up. If we can’t score a run fairly soon, I just don’t know what to say about this team. This doesn’t even seem real.
April 14th, 2010 at 11:32 pm
.188, .097, .214, .214, .226
Those are batting averages.

Chip should be fined for using the phrase “lumber company” and Glaus in the same sentence.
