lol, Nats’ manager took Dunn and Willingham out of the game. They were due up 3rd and 4th in the 9th. What the heck?
May 6th, 2010 at 9:36 pm
Sadness. I gotta bad feeling.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:37 pm
Steve, Ross’s DP pitch was a ball, low. And his first strike of the AB was ball high.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:38 pm
We got it. Weeeeee gooooooot iiiiiiiiiiiit. No worries. At all.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:38 pm
Wait… we don’t get to play any more innings? I’m confused. Why is it over?
May 6th, 2010 at 9:42 pm
Well, at least we weren’t no hit. Sigh. How low the bar has fallen.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:43 pm
lol, right on cue, the Hawks lead is down the drain.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:43 pm
Well, it’s good to head to Philly on a high note…wait.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:44 pm
We’re awful. What a bad, bad ballteam. Who could have ever dreamed this sh*t up for Atlanta coming into this year? Amazing.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:47 pm
I say this with all sincerity, I’m growing really bored of watching this team.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:51 pm
I don’t think these win-one-for-the-gipper lame duck seasons normally work out too well for anybody by the way. The few I’ve witnessed, even at high school football level… they just seem neat up front and then, meh, this is the back end of an era. Yawn. Let’s get to next year.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:52 pm
I need chocolate.
May 6th, 2010 at 9:57 pm
Hawks
May 6th, 2010 at 9:59 pm
Seriously…can we pick another team? Just this year? Please!!!!!
May 6th, 2010 at 10:01 pm
Only 134 more games until Bobby retires.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:01 pm
Rays. I already follow them.
(Did I say that outloud?)
May 6th, 2010 at 10:05 pm
I like counting down Bobby’s games and I also like the Rays. Especially that Longoria fella. When you say follow dobyou mean watch? I also like frozen symphony bars. I’m eating the entire thing by myself and I’m NOT folding laundry although there’s a mountain of it.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:08 pm
Look on the bright side. We’re only behind 11 teams in the Wild Card race.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:09 pm
Dang. Jameel.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:16 pm
No, madam symphony. I don’t watch the Rays. I thought about it. But… this is so fun.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:22 pm
Btw, I’m overlooking how you told Steve the answer to the question I asked. I’m gonna let that go.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:28 pm
Wow. Hawks getting plastered.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:45 pm
I don’t know about following the next series…. This is just really really bad. I would much rather watch Freeman and a rehabbing Schafer than this group. I would think those two could do better than these guys hitting below .230 and .200. Maybe bring up Clevlen too. I don’t know. I got home to see us being no hit through six by Olsen. I wish they had been no hit just so it would sink into Wren’s head how bad this group he put together really is. They are pathetic. I hope we don’t have to see an entire miserable season from McLouth and Melky. I really don’t see Glaus coming around. I think the first 28 give a pretty telling glimpse at what he’s going to do for the year. The 3-8 hitters in tonight’s lineup are now hitting under .230. I think 5-8 are now all below .200. I guess there was Ross substituting for McCann hitting a scorching .261.

If this were SEC football we would be Vanderbilt.
May 6th, 2010 at 10:54 pm
Gave the Hawks a little too much credit. Outscored 28-15 in the 4th.
