Have a seat, Manny. Add 6 to the ol’ run differential.
Great game, Bravos. Win tomorrow and I will truly get freaky with the baseball love.

Timmy Kurkjian called ol’ Chipper the best number 1 pick of all time while Sports Center was indulging in some ATL love. Suck it Strasburg. Prado, Glaus, and THE BENCH were all mentioned as heavy contributors along with you know who: Jason “The Manbeast” Heyward. Thanks Curt. About 2 hrs 30 min to go.
The segment on Chipper’s signing was pretty cool. Apparently the whole thing took all of 12 hours with no agents involved. Did I mention I hate Scott Boras. BTW, Tex went 0-6 with 5 Ks yesterday, so I don’t think Jason should feel to bad about Friday’s game. He makes a lot less than Big Foot.

A Braves win today would be equal to the Phillies sweep in my mind, if not superior to it. These Dodger pitchers are no joke. And on the road, with no rest.
June 6th, 2010 at 1:49 pm
I agree, Bub. Sweeping Philly was huge for our divisional record and for the team’s confidence, but the Dodgers are as hot as the Braves right now. Both teams are really about the same right now. I would give the edge to the Braves only because of depth and pitching. If JJ comes back and pitches like the previous 2 years, then WOW! I am so excited about our team.
