AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

No worries Nate, but thanks for the sympathy. Great to get the win for KK today, and the blast by Chipper…let’s see some more!

Mara Leah Mara, Happy Football Season!

Imagne if Chipper starts hitting homers and JJ comes back healthy and KK goes to the pen and Heyward buys a new thumb…oh what could be!

Question: If you Really want hash browns for breakfast tomorrow, would you get up in the am and go to the store for some spuds or just stay home and make grits, if that was easier? Decisions, decisions!
June 26th, 2010 at 11:35 pm
Que sera, sera!
June 26th, 2010 at 11:47 pm
I would go to Waffle House, although homemade grits and hash browns are the bomb. Now I want hash browns for breakfast….
June 27th, 2010 at 12:08 am
Mmmmmm…waffle house…
June 27th, 2010 at 12:10 am
Cledus, can you really make homemade hashbrowns or are you referring to frozen spuds?
June 27th, 2010 at 12:20 am
I just ate grits for lunch. Mmmm. Am I right that Saito was robbed of a clear called third strike during one of his walks…right down the middle. So the baseball gods giveth and taketh. We got to take a little bit this time. Some tool on MLB blog said its to further punish Detroit for taking bailout money.

Will, I just watched the top of the 9th and thought the same thing. The first walk should have been an out. Hope we win tomorrow!

Thanks Mara – did anybody else like Chip’s call of Grandpa Jones’ dinger? Hes growing on me…
June 27th, 2010 at 1:28 am
Will, I wanted to like it. But for Chip, of all people, to call a no-doubter as “this one may have a chance” that late into the ball’s flight – I dunno, it sounded like he’s been told to stop making everything sound like a homer too soon and now he’s awkward.

your right….I liked “Wallopped”.. and then he hesitated…then it was for sure..it was indecisive so it added a bit of drama… in general he seems to be walking on eggshells…but compared to earlier now hes trying to settle down. relative to earlier do you think hes improving?

Bub- this Jim Brockmire FOD clip cracks me up every time. You brought it up months ago… NOT safe for work.

Incredibles is a top-5er in any genre. All the effort that went into that movie is just amazing. A very underrated film is the Iron Giant, another Brad Bird movie pre-Pixar.
I would move Cars and Bugs Life up a little and Ratatouille down.

I’m disappointed TS3 is so low since I’m soooo excited to see it. Incredibles is right on at #1 but I would put Up and Finding Nemo higher. Ratatouille is beautiful but the rats in the kitchen scenes looked so real I needed therapy afterwards.

What has happened to Tommy Hanson?

Early nomination for Hanson getting this week’s McLouth award.

This sucks big time because the Phils and Mets both have big leads… what a bummer.

Very deep sad sig
June 27th, 2010 at 2:52 pm
A sig is the need for a cig along with a sigh. It’s a term only used when very disheartened.
