July 25th, 2010 at 3:48 pm
Allright Bobby, now’s a good yime to ask Cody Ross if he wants to switch dugouts. Come on boys!
July 25th, 2010 at 3:52 pm
Coulda used a hit there.
July 25th, 2010 at 3:55 pm
Wish I had a better feeling about the bottom of the 9th.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:00 pm
Agreed. At least we got thru Babe Helms
July 25th, 2010 at 4:01 pm
New show tonight boys? Nicely done Meadow.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:02 pm
That was like a wide receiver running a route and the ball was on the way before he turned around…
July 25th, 2010 at 4:04 pm
I knew Saito could do it. Come on Curt…have a little faith.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:06 pm
I just explained the Wes Helms vs Braves phenomenon to the elderly gentleman sitting next to us. He says marlins’ fans feel the same way about MCann, which I thought unfair since McCann is 5000x the player Helms is.

Really? Can’t get a hit off Sosa and his 7 + ERA?
July 25th, 2010 at 4:10 pm
where is our offense?
July 25th, 2010 at 4:11 pm
Sosa’s problem has always been when he tried to “put a little extra” on a pitch. He tended to rotate his body a little harder, which caused his hand to drift outside his arm (he needs his hand to come right over his elbow), which turned his fastball into a “hanging” slider-ish pitch… And it would get HIT!
July 25th, 2010 at 4:13 pm
Anybody hear anything on EOF?
July 25th, 2010 at 4:18 pm
There’s that DP! M in M, where was that pitch in the 10th? Or did he throw it? You’ll learn very quickly I know very little about…well mostly everything.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:23 pm
just don’t hit into a dp mcout.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:23 pm
Only positive thing is a fly ball could be good…
July 25th, 2010 at 4:25 pm
get him off the team.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:26 pm
Dammit to hell. I was honestly hoping Mclouth would just stand there and watch.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:30 pm
Unbelievable.
July 25th, 2010 at 4:32 pm
how does mcout come off the bench before omar?
July 25th, 2010 at 4:33 pm
mcout + chavez= disaster
July 25th, 2010 at 4:33 pm
Nate, for real. They have to send him down right? How can they not?
July 25th, 2010 at 4:35 pm
I’m going for a run. I need Black Eyed Peas blaring in my ears. Not the series I thought we’d lose.
July 25th, 2010 at 5:02 pm
Back at the car. Super bummed. Really, we should of won that game way before the 8th when Chipper tied it. Volstad was pitching on minimal rest, and we only got 2 on him. I don’t know if you can attribute that to a Sunday lineup since a lot of regulars played today. I like Conrad. The slams have been great, but how does Omar not get a start. He is much better against righties, but Cox seems to be only giving him starts against lefties. Anyway, we’ve been pretty unsuccessful in extra inning games lately, so I’m not surprised we lost in extras (the other team eventually gets Chavez every time). This is a great team we’ve got, but I think we’re gonna need more offense.
