Hey, finally admitting they blew the call. Nice work guys. And yes, the second angle you showed in fact proved he COULD the see tag and simply missed it.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:35 pm
How many innings later are they now talking about “the call”? That’s messed up.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:38 pm
Tired of strikeouts. So tired.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:39 pm
Curt – I agree. That angle they showed completely contradicted their point about the ump having a bad angle.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:41 pm
Ump has a bad angle ump should move.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:46 pm
Bobby’s burning through pitchers now.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:49 pm
SAFE
October 7th, 2010 at 11:51 pm
A Make up call, for sure. But we’ll take it.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:53 pm
Absoulutely a make up call? Can we do anything in the 9th here? I’m not filled with hope, I gotta say.
The good news is I’m not going to bed as late as I’d figured.
October 7th, 2010 at 11:54 pm
I’m joking. He was way out
October 7th, 2010 at 11:54 pm
Come on Heyward. Put one in the creek
October 7th, 2010 at 11:55 pm
Ball
October 7th, 2010 at 11:58 pm
Sure, the only run they scored was because of a blow call. But we got 2 hits.

October 7th, 2010 at 11:59 pm
Well, that was pretty disappointing.
October 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am
Tomorrow then.
October 8th, 2010 at 12:01 am
Worst interview ever
October 8th, 2010 at 12:04 am
So 2 (4?) errors, no hits, a blown call. Must be the playoffs. It’s tough having a lineup where no one past the 4 hitter has a chance.
October 8th, 2010 at 12:07 am
But Curt – it will be better tomorrow with a big dose of Nate and Melky …
Alright folks. I’m going to bed. Until tomorrow …
October 8th, 2010 at 12:58 am
Posey didn’t dispute this. When asked if he was safe, he responded: “It’s a good thing we don’t have instant replay.”
October 8th, 2010 at 9:33 am
Re 170 – of course he didn’t. He felt the tag on his mid-section … time passes … then he feels his foot hit the bag.
October 8th, 2010 at 9:39 am
Sadness. However, (brace yourselves for the homeress) they only got 4 hits. I’m excited about tonight. If we win tonight we COULD win the next two at home. And then we’d get swept by the Philthies.
October 8th, 2010 at 2:44 pm
But, all the complaining about a blown call, while valid, overshadows the fact that we couldn’t score a single freaking run. I’m not writing off tonight, in any way. We are capable of scoring some runs. But what a waste last night was of amazing pitching by the Bravos.
October 8th, 2010 at 5:00 pm
the giants couldn’t score a single freaking run, either. it was a waste of giants pitching as well.
all except for the blown call.
so, i don’t understand throwing out the blown call based on that. neither team could score. except by one blown call. the braves did just as much to win as the giants did.
October 8th, 2010 at 7:20 pm
I don’t have high hopes for tonight after seeing the lineup.
1. Infante 3B, 2. Heywrd RF, 3. Lee 1B, 4. McCann C, 5. Cabrera LF, 6. Conrad 2B, 7. Gonzalez SS, 8. Ankiel CF, 9. Hanson P
