I’m in danger of becoming more addicted to Midnight Club than I am to the internet. Is it bad that I think of Carlos, the guy who runs the garage in this video game, as my friend? He’s very nice to me.
Do you guys follow bravesbuzztap? If they don’t stop cluttering up my feed with “all things Atlanta and sports and anything else we can think of” I might have to unfollow them. Also, what is this movie being filmed at the Ted?
Steve, that video response by Cleveland is strong to quite strong. Seriously Lebron, you’re a punk. You’re from my generation and I have so much more respect for Kevin Durant, even if he went to the OTHER UT. You’re a tool. What should I have done? Maybe don’t bask in your own narcissism after you FAILED and essentially gave up in the playoffs. You’re Joe Johnson with more endorsements. I watched Jordan. You’re nothing close. MJ would have dropped 40 on Boston multiple times and then made Kobe his pet. I’ve been drinking. I’ll stop here. Again, awesome video.
Leah, re: #229. Something seemed to change with bravesbuzztap and they went from linking only to Braves related stuff to seemingly every article that the AJC publishes. I unfollowed them yesterday. It was ridiculous.
And, here’s the movie info. They filmed a baseball scene this past Saturday afternoon and invited folks in to fill the stands and be extras: The movie is called “The Change-Up.” The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde. Reynolds and Wilde are expected to be at Turner Field for the filming. David Dobkin (“Wedding Crashers”) is directing. Which explains why both Jason Bateman and Ryan Reynolds were at game 3 against the Giants, come to think of it.
So Atlanta sportstalk radio is once again abuzz with the Andruw Jones and/or Frenchy returning to the Braves as a 4th outfielder next year. Speaking of shoot me. Andruw did hit 19 homers this year which I think was, outside of Heyward, more than our entire OF combined.
Will, I’m headed to the game tonight. Been to the AZ beat down and the SF and TB nailbiters. This one might be tough tonight, quoth the Ravens.
We were set to do a new show this weekend and then this week but Ham got food poisoning and Steve actually had to work, so it’s coming……at some point.
That would have been a very unpleasant podcast. Feel better soon Hammy!
Bub, we need a new topic of conversation. We’ve covered books, music, what else…oh yea, there was that time we discussed baseball for a bit.
Great googly gosh, run out and spend $5 on Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas on DVD (Wal Mart, of course – when I’m rich one day I will totally snub them, but until then…). Some top notch Jim Henson, and the special features are loaded.
