Well, I had that game chalked up as a loss with Lowe going against Chancin or whatever his name is. Fortunate to get a win on a Lowe double, with the way he was pitching. But I’ll take it.

Congrats to Kimbrel on the rookie record. What an incredible first half for the rookie. Is today’s game in the show at all?

I know that Braves fans still bash the Feliz/Andrus/etc-for-Teixeira trade, but if we didn’t make that trade back then, we wouldn’t be celebrating Kimbrel tying the record for most saves by a rookie before the all-star break NOW.
Here’s hoping that Kimbrel breaks Feliz’s record for saves by a rookie (40), which he set last year! Btw — that’s a question for the podcast…who would you rather have: Kimbrel or Feliz? Freeman or Teixeira (i.e. we were able to sign Tex to a long-term contract)? Andrus or…Alex Gonz…ah nevermind.
