I’m so tired hearing about that Tex trade. Wren wasn’t even the GM when that trade went down. And from what I’ve seen, Wren knows how to make a trade. Edgar for JJ. Bourn trade. Yunel was a mistake mainly because Bobby didn’t understand him. You can’t fault him on McClouth and without Lowe we don’t make the 2010 playoffs. I wouldn’t want any other GM.

I take it by “Wren Worshippers” you mean people with observation skills. Go back, position by position, and look at the team Wren inherited and compare it with the one that will take the field tomorrow. Then look at what the farm was then and what it is now. Then reflect on the money restrictions and the obstacles faced (Furcal’s agent shopping the term sheet, McLouth falling through the floor, Smoltz and Glavine public fall outs). And tell me how the hell you conclude that Frank Wren has made more bad moves than good, I mean besides the fact that you have a personal hang up with the guy based on squat doodle amount of reality.

Captain America was awesome, you are right. In other news, last week was amazing for the Braves and Lowe still sucks.
