I kinda wish we could have kept Wes Helms. I have no interest in his playing for the Braves, I just don’t want him playing for anyone else.

The release of Lugo really goes to show how much of this game is a business. I thought they would at least keep him until the end of the year. I bet he was excited to see some postseason ball on the bench and cheer on his teammates.

6 straight men reach base. I hope Fredi improves his in-game managing in the next month. Otherwise he might be good for at least one L in October, maybe more considering the offenses we’ll be facing and his inability to “get the hook”.
