I have those same friends who eagerly enjoy criticizing mainstream studio movies and always praise some unknown indie flick that only 10 people have seen.

Tommy Hanson ERA: 4.50, record: 10-5
Randall Delgado ERA: 4.47, record: 4-9

Bub that shows how crazy it is to evaluate pitchers by their W/L records.
July 21st, 2012 at 8:42 pm
I’m getting a little anxious
July 21st, 2012 at 8:58 pm
I think Delgado handled that inning really well. If Uggla doesn’t bobble the ball or make a bad throw he’s out of that inning with no damage.
But even with the bases loaded and nobody out he still only allowed one run.

Bernadina is killing us.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:16 pm
Bad luck and bad timing for the braves tonight
July 21st, 2012 at 9:27 pm
I haz a sad.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:29 pm
This game is falling into the deeply disappointing category. Freaking Lannan… That guy. 6+ ERA in AAA
July 21st, 2012 at 9:30 pm
I cant believe we didnt add on any runs against this scrub Lannan.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:36 pm
How many times have we struck out today? It feels like a lot.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:47 pm
I really wanted to win two today.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:49 pm
We can still win the series tomorrow at least.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:57 pm
Maybe if we keep talking like it’s totally over the baseball gods will give us a rally.
July 21st, 2012 at 9:58 pm
It’s over
July 21st, 2012 at 9:59 pm
Welp, this one is cooked.
July 21st, 2012 at 10:02 pm
Poor Randall. He did good.
July 21st, 2012 at 10:24 pm
Sigh. Well, I think this could have been a momentous series that propelled the Braves into a sprint for a 5 game lead in the division.
But at least it wasn’t the opposite, which it also could have been, especially after 5 innings of yesterday’s game.
Maybe we’ll get a sprint later.
Speaking of later, after tomorrow’s Nats game, did y’all know we have 23 games in a row against ballteams under .500? Unfortunately, the Nats play 20 crappers themselves during that stretch, but we should get some distance in the WC race. Should.
July 21st, 2012 at 11:16 pm
Did y’all see this? http://t.co/nkXB1OO7
Poor Joe. He deserves better.
July 21st, 2012 at 11:29 pm
Leah, I was eating.

Im so scared of only winning the wild card. As we saw today there is so much randomness and pure luck that goes into a baseball game. So playing a one game playoff is frightening. You might as well flip a darn coin. But thats old news.
July 22nd, 2012 at 1:52 pm
Bad feeling today. JJ makes me nervous.
July 22nd, 2012 at 1:59 pm
We really need Greinke.
July 22nd, 2012 at 2:02 pm
Never saw this coming.
July 22nd, 2012 at 2:33 pm
I honestly don’t get what is wrong with him. I guess he doesn’t either or he’d have fixed it. Damn damn damn!!!
