They keep talking about this tough stretch of pitching we have to face, as if when we would be in the playoffs we would be facing some really terrible staffs.

Medlen is my favorite pitcher. When my wife saw him for the first time ever just now, she said, “who’s the 10-year old?”
I said, “that’s Kris Medlen, the best pitcher on the Braves right now.” She said, “what about T-Huddy?” I said, “pssshhhh.”

A) Wendy’s “baconator” commercial with obnoxious redhead and man buying a recliner at a yard sale
B) Nissan “summer saving” commercial (set to Grease’s “summer lovin” song)
C) Suntrust “my daughter, engaged already” commercial (the same on tv as well as radio)
or
D) all of the above

6 games out doesn’t seem that bad with 5 weeks worth of baseball left. I’m staying positive. We can still win this division.

Curt you’re forgiven. I was really mad at you for your “throw up” comment on the Fb page. I had to DVR the game and I was in the 5th when I saw that comment pop up and thought “Dammit! I bet they lose this game.” #79 gets you out of the doghouse.

C) because it is on the radio as well and I mostly listen to the games….
My favorite is the Allstate commercial that says “the Braves never over pay for players, so why would you over pay for insurance?”
I guess Allstate has never heard of Mike Hampton, Derek Lowe, or Dan Uggla.

90 — YES. The AllState commercial is terrible. Every time I hear it I think of the three you mentioned as well as KK. There’s also the Teixeira trade — overpaying in a different way.
