Why does Joe Simpson seem a little jerky lately?

Because he has to sit next to Chip every night…

Yeah, that’s probably the most likely answer.

@52 – And because he’s watching every single pitch of this periodically frustrating and depressing team.

I dont’ like this article by DOB. Apparently because the Braves have been winning alot these last 3 years that makes Fredi a good manager. NOT

Love how supportive all the players are and how excited they were for BJ. Even when we lose this feels like a special team.

    Walker Says:

Pena keeps encouraging Fredi to hit him 2nd.

    Walker Says:

Even with all our strikeouts and struggles. You have to like where we are right now.

    David Says:

64 – yeah, definitely. 34-22 — after having played 31 out of 56 of their games on the road, with two 3-city road trips.

12 games above .500 — a mark that we didn’t reach until July 28 last year.

A 6.5 game lead over second place in the division — the same distance separating first place from last place (Detroit and KC) in the AL Central.

And we’ve got Beachy coming back, as well as a very friendly schedule the rest of the way. After June 12, we don’t go back out west again all year.

Definitely have to like where we are right now.
