I don’t think Strasburg was trying to hit anybody. It just seemed like he had Rick Ankiel disease for a minute. Weird.

Yeah, that was classy by BJ. I am not that surprised, but not many players like that these days.

    Steve Says:

@87 – Yes. Hell of a game. Obviously a win would have been better, but all that’s great about this team was on full display tonight.

I let the Rev decide our exit strategy since all wisdom leaves my body and soul when it comes to Braves baseball. Due to the hour and an early morning for both of us we left at the top of the 9th. My 12 year old was not happy and burst into tears when JHey tied it up. We listened to the rest of the game on the way home and really hoped for a win! Oh well…seriously great ballgame even without a W.

Oh, and we got an autograph and pic with Meds!

    Steve Says:

Leah – very cool about Meds. And yeah, I’m sure my oldest would have freaked as well had he missed Heyward’s HR. Such is life with younger siblings and morning responsibilities.

    On a side note, let’s bury them 10 – 2 today.

    Steve Says:

    Or 2 – 1.

Harper complimented the Atlanta fan base. I still think he’s a good egg, or mostly good. For a baseball player…
