Can the Phillies win it all? I believe that Tampa Bay will win tonight and advance to the WS. I think the Phillies will have a difficult time playing the Rays and look for the Rays to win it all in 6.

I am curious on your thoughts on why Skip got passed over for the HOF again this year. Is it because he did not get enough fan votes? If so shame on us for not voting enough. Damn, it makes me mad….

Yeah – the Skip thing is awful. I don’t know what to make of it. Not enough fan votes certainly seems possible. The Braves fan base can disappear at times. Although the outpouring after his death that occurred in the papers and at the ceremonies was extremely strong. Maybe he’s too much in the shadow of his Dad. Or maybe the HOF want some more time to pass. You see that kind of thing with the players as well. And, I agree with you on the Rays … Can’t wait for it!
