    Hamilton Says:

I REALLY want to do a Beevis and Butthead laugh and say “heh heh heh, girl fight” but that is totally beneath the podcast and this forum. Completely beneath it.

    Leah Says:

Have no fear fellow podcast lovers. Much to Hammy’s dissappointment there will be no girl fight. I happen to be a Prado gal.

    Anne Says:

Truce! See there, how we can get up, brush ourselves off, slap each other on the butt and not hold a grudge just like the fellas?
In other news: Go, Kawakami…go Braves!

    Anne Says:

    WTF, Fox Sports, Vegemite coverage??

Also, have I brought up my distaste of “fake” eye black? The only thing I like about Frenchy and the only thing I dislike about Diaz.

There we go, Chipper. Sorry you led off solo.

I was impressed that Peachtree TV actually showed the ceremony for Maddux. Great game last night. I should probably not be drunk when I change my status on Facebook though. Still though…great night last night. Watching the game in the 8th right now, & boy it’s a good thing that the sensors mute the mic in the Braves bullpen. Bobby is pissed at Escobar.

    Leah Says:

If tables were turned Frenchy would have gotten runner out at home and Church wouldn’t have gotten RBI. That gives me indigestion. Go Yuni making Papa Cox proud.

    Dan Says:

How about the Bobby redemption tracker?

    Bubdylan Says:

Okay, I either got drunk, passed out, and dreamed of Show #70 last night (something about Escobar being traded in the offseason?)

Or else I got drunk and listened to a Show #70 in real life, then fell asleep, and today it’s just somehow gone.

You people are throwing off my groove.

    Bubdylan Says:

Dan, how about a Bobby Deletion Tracker?

Is it time yet to be hopeful that no extension news means… really means… actually might mean….

(cue Van Morrinson’s “Brand New Day”)

?? You guys think Wren might be contemplating the Big Thumbs Down?

  10. 85
    Leah Says:

I think Bub’s got opinions to be shared. You got some stuff to get off your chest?

  11. 86
    Curt Says:

Bobby leaves when Bobby wants to leave.

  12. 87
    Bubdylan Says:

Don’t get curt with me, pal.

  13. 88
    Anne Says:

I long for the day when Church does something great and the next sentence from the announcers has no comparison whatsoever to Frenchy.
And a post of mine would be incomplete without a Matty D shout-out. So nice.

    Bubdylan Says:

Radio announcers when the lead went to 8-3:

“…and the Giant’s pen falls silent. Gonzalez, for the Braves, however, continues to throw.”

    Sigh.

    Anne Says:

Random: I (mis)spent my youth in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area watching Carney Lansford @ 3rd base for the A’s. He looks pretty much the same, oddly, and it’s good to see him over in the Giants dugout. Do the Giants fans give him grief like we give Pendleton?

    Bubdylan Says:

Smoltz got torn up again. Life is beautiful.
