BREAKING NEWS: Hi, everyone. No show tonight. The holiday weekend caught up with all three of us and we’re not recording until tomorrow. The Post Season Hope Meter has to wait…
Very nice work on hitting 200, by the way! Good job. The 200 and Hudson’s start are about it from this weekend.

I’ve got the damn (swine?) flu. Dead serious. Freaking non-armpit-sneezing college students.
By the way, it’s really not so bad, if these (3rd day) symptoms are as bad as it’s going to get.
Men Without Bats, that’s friggin’ great. Wish I’d thought of it.
Any other 80’s bands describe our Bravos?
Van Bailin’?
The Bat Slop Boys?
Depress Mode?
Or how about A-ha (-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaaaaaa-HA!)?
Billy Idle? Michael Lacksrun?
Okay, I’m done… be good ABT!!!
and Go BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA……dy Bunch.

Depress Mode is my favorite. This picture of the McLouth and GA collision with knee firmly planted in crotch (http://blogs.ajc.com/jeff-schultz-blog/files/2009/09/221807_reds_braves_baseball.jpg) really sums up the past week for me.

Poor Bub. Feel better soon.
