And we need to get more OK with it, since it’s looking pretty damn inevitable.
The thing with Bradley is he’s not even that big a bat (that’s what she said). He’s only hit over 20HR once. And only 15+ twice. If he was belting out 30 HRs every year I might be inclined to pretend that the headaches won’t be that bad. But I just don’t see it.

Who wants to bet that the Hudson deal is done and they are just waiting for the Series to end to announce it? I am beside myself with excitement about the Scott Proctor signing!!!!! OK, not really, but if he bounces back from surgery, he’s cheap and could be quite solid in the 6th or 7th.

This is the first time I’ve disagreed with everyone on the message board! I don’t just adore Bradley but if he’s in RF and Matty D is in LF and D Lowe is no where to be found…I’m watching him next season and will remind you all with each homer he hits. How the hell did you guys let the Yanks get so far ahead?

I think it’s Matsui. ARad was unbelievable in leading up to the Series but’s he’s
4 – 18 in the Series. Gots to be Matsui.

Leah, come ON. Milton Flipping Bradley? I mean, this isn’t Sheffield… or even Manny. This is about the worst cancer available anywhere, showing no signs of calming it down.
And does everyone here think Lowe is going to comPLETEly fall apart or something? Jurrjens + Hanson + Lowe + Hudson + Kawakami cost about 31-34 million dollars in total (right?). That’s less than 7 million each. Does that feel better?
If Chipper and Lowe are our worst contracts, we can absorb that.
