    Great show, fellas.

Awesome news on the clubhouse chemistry. Love Melky as rally point for the Latin guys.

    Go Braves!

    Curt Says:

Nice work guys. That was a really great interview. Great insight from the guy who has more of it than any of us.

    Curt Says:

That’s ok Will. I had them losing to OSU anyway.

    Patrick Says:

Really enjoyed this show, esp. the stuff on the AJC blog and what’s happening with the AJC (not long for this world, IMHO).
Whew…DOB oughta consider running for Congress; there’s some folks who would love him for his filibuster skills. That cat can definitely talk…and talk.

Really enjoyed DOB. I’m in Phillies land and it’s great to get his insight. Job well done by you guys!! I’ve become a fan of Atlanta Baseball Talk this offseason and look forward each week to a new show! Keep up the good work.

Can’t wait to listen. Glad to have ABT back weekly!

    BluesMan Says:

I’m w/ Danny…It’s great to have you guys back on a weekly basis for a new show. I really enjoyed the D.O.B. interview, it’s better (because of how great things are shaping up & team chemistry…etc) in some ways than the last interview you had w/ him. Too bad Curt couldn’t make it on to that one…Are you guys gonna do the predictions show soon, concerning players & the team?

    Steve Says:

Patrick, NJBraveFan, pfunkatl, Danny – thanks for the kind words and welcome to the board. It’s good to have you. Keep coming back.

And BluesMan – thanks to you, too. And yeah, I agree, this was a better interview than the last one. It was one of those that really clicked. Regarding the predictions show, we’ll do that one the weekend of April 3. In fact, we’ll do our 100th show retrospective earlier that week and then the predictions show that weekend.

    Princess Leah Says:

Y’all didn’t need many questions did you. I sure wish we knew what makes Melky so funny. I just altered my top 10 list.

    Anne Says:

Can’t believe I got the show in so soon. REALLY nice work, fellas.
Bub – agreed on the Melky addition to the Clubhouse.
Steve – you couldn’t say it on the podcast, clearly, but I, too was torn between wanting to fall completely into the DOB joy and wondering exactly how much sunshine-intake my rear can tolerate.
My skepticism tends to be a little half-empty rather than half-full, but DOB makes me want to be an optimist! GO BRAVES!!

    Curt Says:

    BluesMan, thanks for the love.

I’m really excited about show #100. I don’t know why really…no pressure but I’m stoked!

    Aaaaahhhh…

    Bubdylan Says:

    Do. Not. Like.

    Frenchy.

    Leah Says:

Bub, I was just gonna say, I take it all back. I don’t ever want any Mets player to do anything good. Ever.

  20. 20
    Steve Says:

Don’t get too worried about Frenchy. I’ve only been able to follow a the game a bit on the computer but it sounds like Hanson had some control issues today. Frenchy’s still got a BA in the 100′s. He’ll be no Braves killer this year.

  21. 21
    Princess Leah Says:

Disappointed. Today felt like a regular season game and I wanted to win. However, it feels like this team doesn’t roll over and take it like beginning of last year. Good game today. Wish we had won.

  22. 22
    Bubdylan Says:

Well, I just did not enjoy that at all.

  23. 23
    Bubdylan Says:

If Wes Anderson’s signature color palette makes your soul sigh, as it does mine, “Fantastic Mr. Fox” is not to be missed. Especially on a nice t.v.

  24. 24
    Princess Leah Says:

Has anyone ever attended Turner Field’s open house?

  25. 25
    Steve Says:

Bub – I agree. Fantastic Mr. Fox was amazingly good. Not just good for a kids movie, but just a damn good movie in general. On a side note, Rushmore is a Top 10 for me.

Leah – the open house is cool. You go in the 755 Club, the fancy SunTrust club beneath the seats behind homeplate, you peak into the clubhouse (you don’t get to go in), you sit in the dugout, you see all the press boxes. It’s very good.
