Great show, ABT, really got my Braves motor revved up! Steve, you’re spot on about DOB’s 2 minute spiel about team chemistry. If that doesn’t get you stoked, your gonna miss the Big Wave! No, Skip, not That wave, don’t worry, bud. GO BRAVES!!
March 23rd, 2010 at 8:34 pm
Hey BC – yeah, I keep replaying that part of the interview in my head these past couple of days and I get all riled up all over again. It’s getting close.
March 23rd, 2010 at 8:45 pm
Season tickets arrived in the mail today. I could see them as I parked my car out front…and maybe I teared up a little. Go Braves!!!!!!!!!!!!
March 23rd, 2010 at 9:54 pm
Anne – where in the stadium are your tickets?
I cannot believe that Paul Hewitt is meeting with St. Johns. Some actual questioning from the local paper and he runs out of here. Unbelievable.
March 23rd, 2010 at 10:15 pm
Hewitt is saying that there is no way he is going, despite the wishes of every Tech fan.
March 23rd, 2010 at 11:30 pm
Steve, Rushmore’s a winner. Love the soundtrack, too.
“… wish that I knew what I know now… when I was younger…”
March 23rd, 2010 at 11:32 pm
Leah, I’m sure somebody attends them or they’d quit having them.
Hyuck Hyuck Hyuck.

It may be a mute point Bub, not that all the other comments on here aren’t. Hah! We were going to swing by on the way home but now we all have horrible head colds.
March 24th, 2010 at 9:11 am
Get it? It’s a pun. Mute as in doesn’t make any sound…cause it’s written not spoken. I like cold medicine.
March 24th, 2010 at 9:14 am
Steve: I’m on the 1st base side, Terrace, straight up from the “A” “Braves” in HOME OF THE BRAVES as it’s painted on the dugout. Make sense? As much as I like to watch our guys, I like to watch the opposing team dugout…plus when the fellas hang out at the rail, I can see ‘em then, and from a (ahem) better angle.
TMI?
Steve & Bub: Neflix coincidentally is sending Fantastic Mr. Fox to my house today. Good things in the mail two days in a row – it doesn’t suck to be me.
March 24th, 2010 at 11:17 am
Anne – that’s awesome. Congrats and enjoy them. And post your review of Fantastic Mr. Fox.
March 24th, 2010 at 5:23 pm
Great game today. Lovin the long ball.
Will and Hammy, any Lost thoughts?
March 24th, 2010 at 5:25 pm
Leah, trust me, they have plenty. I went to high school with them both.
March 24th, 2010 at 8:13 pm
havent seen it…no spoilers!
March 24th, 2010 at 8:14 pm
Man, stick to my studies for one stinking day and the Braves play (apparently) their best game of the spring. Was it as good as it looks in the box score?? Henry David Thoreau can kiss it. Forty pages of a guy sounding like he’s just about to say something.
94% on Spanish test, though. Highest in the class. Ustedes estan feliz conmigo? (I’m sure that’s wrong. Hopefully none of you know Spanish.)
March 24th, 2010 at 10:22 pm
Good job Bub! Very happy for you…or with you. Can’t exactly remember since my last Spanish class was 11 years ago. Great game today. Nice to see some extra base hits and did I mention Prado hit a homer? He didn’t hit two like McCann but no muy mal…at all. I’m getting excited for the season to start!!!! Very jealous of Anne and her season tickets.
Very funny Curt. Will, I want to know what you think after you’ve seen it.

A 3 minute piece on McCann’s eyeballs from ESPN. I just love to see the guy talking. What a great personality.
March 25th, 2010 at 7:48 am
Leah – I thought the last ep was the best of the season. Very satisfying (T.W.S.S.).
What a game yesterday!! Bring on the real ones! I am convinced even more that Huddy should be our opening day starter.
March 25th, 2010 at 8:52 am
I agree Hammy. I totally cried during the last scene. Very well done imho.
March 25th, 2010 at 9:51 am
Hamilton: I agreed with you then (February 19th) and I’ll agree with you now: “Pitchers & catchers report in…21 minutes. I’m liking Hamilton’s idea, and my money’s on Hanson to start on Opening Day.” I’m never ever right about things but I want to be right about this one. Sorry, D-Lowe.
March 25th, 2010 at 3:27 pm
!Carumba!
March 25th, 2010 at 3:42 pm
Maybe this will seal his spot in AAA.
March 25th, 2010 at 3:44 pm
When I say his I mean Acosta.
March 25th, 2010 at 6:28 pm
And when you say his you should also mean Chavez, but apparently Chavez is not done just yet.
March 25th, 2010 at 6:31 pm
RAT FARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hewitt turned down the St. John’s job…………………………..
